Thank you so much for your interest in the “FASTer Way to Fat Loss” Cookbook! I've partnered with Allison from Wild Thyme Cooking to create a cookbook. Our goal with the FASTer Way to Fat Loss Cookbook is to provide you with simple, quick, delicious, and clean recipes. The cookbook will include 21 days of recipes that are gluten free, dairy free, soy free, and sugar free. We will list the macronutrient breakdown and save the recipes in My Fitness Pal for ease of access as you work to log your food.
